Venue:

The meeting will be held on Thursday to Friday, August 28-29, 2025 at the Nobel Forum venue at Karolinska Institutet (Nobels väg 1, Solna) in Stockholm, Sweden.

Getting there from Arlanda Airport:

By Arlanda Express Train (Fastest):
Take the Arlanda Express from the airport to Stockholm Central Station (20 minutes). From Stockholm Central, follow the directions below for getting to the Nobel Forum.

By Airport Bus (Cheapest):
Take Flygbussarna Airport Coach to Liljeholmen and get off at Karolinska Sjukhuset Eugeniavägen. The stop is approximately a 5-minute walk from the Nobel Forum.

By Taxi (Direct, Convenient):
Take a taxi directly from Arlanda to Nobel Forum (around 40 minutes, approximate cost: SEK 600-700). Ensure you use a reputable taxi service with fixed rates to avoid surprises. Note that ride-share apps like Uber and Bolt work in Sweden but all rides are driven by licensed taxi drivers so the prices may not differ significantly.

Getting there from Stockholm Central Station (T-Centralen):

By Bus (Direct Option):
Take Bus 53 from T-Centralen towards Karolinska Institutet. Get off at the Karolinska Institutet stop. The Nobel Forum is within walking distance.

By Taxi (Fastest Option):
A taxi from Stockholm Central to Nobel Forum takes around 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. 

By Metro (Tunnelbana):
Take the Green Line (Gröna Linjen) towards Alvik or Åkeshov. Get off at St. Eriksplan station (3 stops, about 5 minutes). From St. Eriksplan, take Bus 3 or 77 to the Karolinska Institutet stop (5-10 minutes). The Nobel Forum is a short walk from there.

Use Stockholm’s SL public transport app or website to plan your trip in real time. Purchase an SL card or tickets in advance for seamless public transport use. Nobel Forum’s address is Nobels väg 1, Solna, for taxi drivers or navigation apps.
